1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
- Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
- Carriers: We use various international carriers depending on the destination.
- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Mama & Me is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, customs processing delays, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mamapunchmonkey.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Mama Punch Monkey Plush Toy.
9. Restricted Countries
Due to shipping restrictions or legal limitations, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location. We apologize for any inconvenience.
