Refund Policy

At Mama & Me, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Mama Punch Monkey Plush Toy. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mamapunchmonkey.com. In your email, please include:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Method and Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If you receive a Mama Punch Monkey Plush Toy that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@mamapunchmonkey.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs, at no additional charge to you. We may provide a pre-paid return label for the damaged/defective item.

7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (as per section 6). If you wish to exchange an item for a different one (e.g., a different product), you will need to return the original item for a refund (following the standard return process) and place a new order for the desired item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
